About the Role

As a highly driven Partner specializing in Salesforce and AI, your primary responsibility will be to lead enterprise sales initiatives focusing on CRM solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your role involves building business opportunities through demand generation and overseeing overall delivery. You will also be tasked with establishing and managing the Salesforce and AI practice, ensuring smooth operations and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Own and drive end-to-end sales of Salesforce-based CRM solutions and IT services

  • • Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise business opportunities

  • • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to solution pitching, negotiation, and closure

  • • Build and nurture strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, and Sales Heads

  • • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design customer-centric solutions

  • • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends

  • • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM systems
  • Required Skills & Experience:

  • • 8+ years of experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or Enterprise Software Sales

  • • Strong background in selling CRM or Salesforce ecosystem solutions

  • • Understanding of CRM processes, digital transformation, and cloud solutions

  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • • Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and decision-makers

  • • Experience working with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, technical, and delivery
  • Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's degree

  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • • Strong organizational skills

  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • • Ability to utilize financial data for informed decision-making
