Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Execution
• Conduct brand audits by analyzing client websites, platforms and business goals to identify gaps and opportunities
• Partner with clients to understand their brand vision, positioning, and growth objectives
• Develop strategic roadmaps to achieve brand and business goals through structured planning
• Own end-to-end project execution by coordinating with internal teams (design, content, development)
• Track project progress, ensure timely delivery, and minimize execution risks
• Maintain strong relationships through regular communication, feedback loops, and status updates
• Translate client requirements into actionable plans and ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders
• Identify customer segments, behavior trends, and opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives
Conversion Rate Optimization
• Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for website and funnel improvements
• Develop data-backed hypotheses for A/B testing and conversion improvements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute and monitor experiments
• Perform root cause analysis for underperforming campaigns
• Build 30-60-90 day roadmaps aimed at achieving consistent conversion growth
Key Skills & Requirements
• Strong understanding of marketing and brand strategy
• Working knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and user behavior analytics
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify, or similar platforms
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to take initiative
Ideal Candidate
Someone who has managed end-to-end brand or growth projects for multiple clients (agency/consulting background ideal), with proven ability to translate GA4/Shopify data into winning A/B test hypotheses.
