About the Role

As an Associate Vice President Executive Search at the company, your role will involve leading the leadership and CXO-level hiring practice. You will focus on executive mandates across industries, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and achieve scalable revenue targets annually. Your expertise in leadership search, strong business development skills, and track record in delivering high-impact outcomes will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead end-to-end CXO and leadership hiring across industries and functions such as CEO, CFO, CHRO, CTO.

  • • Establish and nurture succession pipelines and executive talent communities.

  • • Conduct assessments, market mapping, and reference validation at senior levels.

  • • Own and achieve revenue targets through executive search mandates.

  • • Identify opportunities for expanding the client portfolio in various sectors and leadership hiring verticals.

  • • Foster long-term client partnerships from successful mandates.

  • • Act as a trusted advisor to Boards, Founders, and Promoters on leadership talent decisions.

  • • Handle negotiations with confidentiality and integrity.

  • • Provide clients with market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent insights.

  • • Mentor and lead a team to deliver on leadership mandates.

  • • Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on delivery excellence and revenue outcomes.

  • • Strengthen the company's positioning as a preferred leadership hiring partner.

  • • Drive EVP and employer branding initiatives for senior mandates.

  • • Offer business leaders insights on talent strategy, succession, and workforce trends.
  • Professional Experience:

  • • 15+ years of proven experience in Executive Search / Leadership Hiring.

  • • Track record of successfully closing CXO and senior leadership roles.

  • • Consistent delivery of multi-crore revenue targets.

  • • Strong relationships with industry leaders, promoters, and CXOs.

  • • Experience in consulting-driven talent advisory preferred.
  • Qualifications:

  • • Full-time Master's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.

  • • Additional certifications in leadership assessment or executive coaching advantageous.
