Key Responsibilities:

  • • Prepare, manage, and provide reporting on all project plans, controls, and resource plans

  • • Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions

  • • Support the team through the project lifecycle, set team member objectives, and conduct regular assessments

  • • Identify, track, manage, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies

  • • Lead the production of a project initiation document aligned with strategic goals

  • • Analyze statements and prepare estimates for approval

  • • Track and report project costs to ensure completion within budgets

  • • Ensure all project deliverables meet requirements and adhere to the governance framework
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Management qualification with experience in change management

  • • Minimum five years of experience in delivering project management

  • • Proficiency in assigning tasks, managing workloads, and promoting collaboration among team members

  • • Experience with applications for systems and delivery

  • • Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting for various Regulations such as CFTC, EMIR, MAS

  • • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
