About the Role

As an Associate Vice President - Non Motor Claims (Property Claims) in Bengaluru, your role will involve overseeing high-value, complex, and specialty claims. You will act as a bridge between zonal teams and HOD for seamless communication and coordination. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • • Conducting thorough reviews of outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution and adherence to compliance.

  • • Facilitating effective interaction with underwriting and sales offices to align claim processes with policy terms and business objectives.

  • • Managing high-value and complex claims.

  • • Utilizing data analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and streamline claim management processes for improved efficiency and decision-making.

  • • Acting as a liaison between zonal teams and HOD, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of priorities.

  • • Handling mega risk claims and collaborating with key stakeholders to address high-impact issues and maintain organizational standards.

    • With 15+ years of experience in Insurance, you are expected to demonstrate the ability to lead and drive performance across zones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You should inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Additionally, resolving grievances and escalations with efficiency and empathy, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders.
