About the Role

As a Data Scientist at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive innovation in generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and agentic AI. Your role will involve building intelligent systems, autonomous agents, and advanced analytics solutions to enhance user experiences and business processes. This is a highly visible and collaborative position where you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to make a real impact with your work. The role is offered at the associate vice president level.

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance GenAI-powered smart digital assistant and agentic AI solutions - Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks - Integrate agents with large language models (LLMs) for dynamic decision-making and context-aware workflows

• Build intelligent conversational agents using NLP and transformer architectures

• Apply statistics, linear algebra, calculus, regression, classification, and time-series analysis to extract valuable insights from data

• Drive data-visualisation efforts using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos

• Stay updated on emerging trends in agentic AI to ensure innovative and scalable solutions
Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LangFuse, and MCP
• Proficiency in LLMs, transformer architectures, and traditional NLP techniques

• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn

• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, and IBM Watson

• Fundamental understanding of data structures and algorithms including queues, stacks, graphs, and trees

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Python and ML libraries, cloud platforms for model deployment, and web technologies

• Solid grasp of statistical concepts, linear algebra, and calculus for optimisation

• Knowledge of predictive modelling, deep learning, neural networks, and managing LLMs

• Experience working with LLMs for evaluation frameworks and methodologies
