    Your work profile


  • • Implement and support Oracle PPM Grants module including setup, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Grants Accounting, Projects, and related finance modules.

  • • Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solutions.

  • • Design and configure Grants modules to manage awards, funding sources, expenditure types, and reporting.

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Research Administration.

  • • Manage grant lifecycle processes including proposal, award, budget setup, expenditure tracking, and closeout.

  • • Ensure compliance with federal and institutional guidelines related to grant management (e.g., Uniform Guidance, OMB A-21, A-110, A-133..

  • • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes for projects and grants.

  • • Provide end-user training and documentation.

  • • Assist in data migration, testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.

  • • Prepare and validate reports and dashboards using Oracle BI or OTBI.

  • Key skills required


  • • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. CPA or MBA is a plus.

  • • 12. years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle EBS with a focus on PPM and Grants modules.

  • • Strong knowledge of Oracle Projects, Grants Accounting, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

  • • Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Grants implementation.

  • • Deep understanding of grant management processes, funding compliance, and reporting.

  • • Familiarity with integrations between Grants and other modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement).

  • • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • • Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira, Confluence).
