About the Role
As the AVP/VP - HR in the Infrastructure Engineering Industry, your role will involve overseeing the PAN India (including South East Asia) HR function and reporting directly to the CHRO - Asia at the India Corporate Office. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement people-related strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision - Efficiently manage manpower costs and ensure the company obtains and retains the necessary workforce - Handle talent acquisition for India, Asia, and South-East Asia for all open positions within specified budget and turnaround time
Qualifications Required: - Over 15 years of hands-on experience in HR domain with proven track record of leading teams/divisions
