About the Role

As the AVP/VP - HR in the Infrastructure Engineering Industry, your role will involve overseeing the PAN India (including South East Asia) HR function and reporting directly to the CHRO - Asia at the India Corporate Office. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement people-related strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities: - Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision - Efficiently manage manpower costs and ensure the company obtains and retains the necessary workforce - Handle talent acquisition for India, Asia, and South-East Asia for all open positions within specified budget and turnaround time

  • • Manage employee life cycle, people services, policies, and practices effectively

  • • Develop employee value proposition through compensation and benefits study

  • • Ensure HR compliance with workplace policies, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations

  • • Manage employee performance by identifying, measuring, and developing performance impacting business goals

  • • Enhance performance through continuous learning, training, and leadership development

  • • Align the organization's structure with long-term objectives to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • • Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, implement succession planning, rewards, and recognition programs

  • • Automate and digitalize all HR processes within the next 12 months
  • Qualifications Required: - Over 15 years of hands-on experience in HR domain with proven track record of leading teams/divisions

  • • Graduate with a Full-time Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources from recognized institutions

  • • Experience in working with MNCs will be an added benefit

  • • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

  • • Proficient in process orientation, automation, and software packages implementation
