About the Role

Role Overview:
You are joining the Business Performance Operations (BPO) finance function supporting the Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) business at Standard Chartered. The WRB business has a global presence with an annual revenue exceeding USD 7bn and serves over 11 million clients in fast-growing markets. As a key leadership role within BPO, you will collaborate closely with Business Heads on Performance Management, Strategic Finance, Profitability Analysis, and Data/Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Provide standard Performance Management Information with insights on current performance

  • • Conduct deep dive analytics on Business Performance to drive consistent and sustainable above and beyond business performance

  • • Partner with Business and CFO teams to manage Country Performance through agreed metrics

  • • Implement industry best practices for Performance Management, Forecasting, and Business Analytics

  • • Drive continuous process improvement in FP&A activities for efficiency and better control

  • • Collaborate with other Business Performance leads to ensure standard and consistent MI delivery across WRB
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • MBA, CA, CFA, ACCA qualification

  • • Minimum 12 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analytics area
