About the Role

As part of the Cash & Trade division in Global Transaction Services (GTS), your role will be integral in providing seamless and cost-effective solutions to customers. You will have the opportunity to shape the business by conducting market research, enhancing product features, and participating in various marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage and grow the existing portfolio while originating new business to increase the Bank's market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Effectively manage and grow the existing portfolio of customers

  • • Originate and acquire new business to increase market share

  • • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders such as Coverage RMs, GTS Product Teams, and Implementation Team

  • • Network with colleagues across DBS overseas branches to deepen existing regional clients and identify new customers

  • • Proactively manage risks in the portfolio and provide guidance on policies, regulatory compliance, and operations issues

  • • Build long-lasting relationships with clients focusing on new-age digital solutions

  • • Manage pipeline effectively and take ownership of the portfolio

  • • Analyze and disseminate suitable MIS to drive business metrics

  • • Engage with operations and sales to build an effective customer service model

  • • Identify system and process gaps and work on closing them

  • • Review new roll-outs post-implementation and take necessary actions
  • Qualification Required:

  • • Preferably a CA or MBA with a sound risk/credit mindset

  • • High level of thinking and execution capabilities

  • • Strong communication and persuasive skills

  • • Ability to work well with internal teams and achieve synergies

  • • Commercial orientation with a focus on achieving trade targets

  • • Good understanding of GTS Solutions, trade regulations, and market trends

  • • Knowledge of RBI regulations and general regulatory environment in India
