About the Role

As an Assistant Vice President - Sales focusing on luxury residential properties with a ticket size of 20 Cr+, your role involves driving sales through channel partners, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring revenue growth along with premium customer experience. Your expertise in HNI/UHNI client engagement, channel ecosystem development, and team leadership will be crucial in achieving these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Drive sales of ultra-luxury residential projects through channel partners and strategic alliances, focusing on high-value transactions

  • • Own and deliver top-line revenue targets for the luxury residential business vertical

  • • Lead complex deal closures with HNI/UHNI clients using a consultative approach

  • • Build and manage a strong network of channel partners, luxury brokers, and wealth advisors

  • • Design and implement channel engagement programs, incentive structures, and activation strategies

  • • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers, setting clear KPIs and targets for performance

  • • Develop strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and investment networks

  • • Provide inputs on pricing, inventory strategy, and go-to-market plans based on market intelligence

  • • Monitor sales funnel, conversion ratios, and channel performance, preparing MIS and business reviews for senior leadership
  • Key Requirements:

  • • 10-16 years of experience in real estate sales, focusing on luxury segments and closing high-value deals

  • • Demonstrated experience in team handling, strong network across HNI/UHNI clients, and expertise in channel sales strategy

  • • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred Background:

  • • Experience with leading real estate developers or IPC firms

  • • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred
