Assistant Vice President RCM Operations - ED/HM . Physician . Hospital

Responsibilities

  • • Drive a culture that reflects HRC’s purpose and lead as a value-centric leader.

  • • Possesses strong RCM Background. Sound understanding of Billing, Posting, Denial Management and Collection process with strong operating skills and proven track record to establish an operating rigor around processes, people, financial metric performance and finally core deliverables to the customer.

  • • Create a metric driven organization and ability to lead, drive and run in a metric driven operating culture.

  • • Comes with an entrepreneurial mindset with customer first approach. Ability to run his / her shop like an entrepreneur, constantly focusing on Outcomes, optimization, revenue growth through better execution, improve margins, drive automation and simultaneously creating a positive and engaging people organization.

  • • Run a high metric met rate % operating organization

  • • Accountable to drive and meet stretched cash goals, be it billing cask or AR cash or both

  • • Has Strong people leadership skills – coach, mentor, nurture talent, ability to give candid and prompt feedback. Create a culture of meritocracy, transparency, proactive communication with adequate rewards and recognition.

  • • Ability to run and engage with large global multi-cultural teams and thereby making a positive impact

  • • Ability to establish relationship with clients, understand expectations and derive execution plans based on client expectation.

  • • Ability to understand, interpret and drive financial performance by constantly looking at Spans, Band mix, resource capacity planning, utilization, employee productivity etc.

  • • Has a hawk eye on operational delivery and performance day in day out. Ability to define, measure, track and report performance.

  • • Manage service level standards for global operations.

  • • Collaborate with CEO/COO, operations managers and support functions in execution effectiveness of RCM operations.

  • • Drive efficiency in capacity planning, FTE cost management per location.

  • • Ensure technical knowledge of teams handling accounts. Work with Technical training department in maintaining levels of technical competence.

  • • Ensure process compliance across operations.

  • • Own special projects designed to drive transformation. Collaborate with the solutions team to accelerate automation projects and rollouts.
  • Qualifications

  • • Possess a professional background with a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

  • • At least 7 - 10 years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience, with at least 6 years in people management.

  • • Completed Lean and Project Management certifications.

  • • Working knowledge of budgeting, capacity planning, and process automation.

  • • Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.

  • • Strong strategic management skills and business acumen.

  • • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • • Strong analytical skills with advanced data interpretation exposure

  • • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, pressurized work environment.

  • • Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices.

  • • Proven ability to develop and coach large teams with in-depth operational expertise.
  • Work Week: Monday to Friday


    Shift: Night: 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM

    Other Features: Full-time . US calendar applicable
