About the Role

As the Solution Architect for Tata Play White Label B2B solutions, your role involves owning functional solution architecture and technical credibility for a wide range of services including OTT, DTH, Broadband, Business Operations, Advisory & Consulting. You will be responsible for leading technical discovery workshops and due diligence with customer technology teams. Your tasks will include orchestrating customer demos, designing solutions from discovery to closure, and developing commercially winning solutions within client budgets and requirements. Additionally, you will drive the overall technical response for customer needs via bids, RFPs, or direct sales, ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead technical discovery workshops and due diligence with customer technology teams

  • • Orchestrate customer demos in collaboration with internal and external teams

  • • Design solutions from discovery to deal closure

  • • Drive and build technical responses for customer requirements through bids, RFPs, or direct sales

  • • Develop commercially viable solutions considering client needs, budgets, product capabilities, and engineering requirements

  • • Responsible for achieving sales targets for the year
  • Qualifications:

  • • 12+ years of experience in the CME industry focusing on OTT/DTH Technology platforms or similar experience with a Media Tech platform vendor

  • • Proficiency in designing OTT/DTH functional architecture with a deep understanding of OTT workflows and user interfaces

  • • Experience working with media tech ecosystem including Technology Vendors, Infrastructure providers, and System Integrators
  • In addition to the technical competencies required for this role, you should have excellent communication skills to explain solutions to both technical and non-technical CXOs. Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial for effective collaboration with internal teams including Technology, CIO, Product, and Engineering. Being familiar with legal contracts, NDAs, SOWs, and pricing negotiations in partner solutioning contexts is essential. Your ability to work across different time zones with an awareness of cultural and market nuances will be advantageous in this role.
