About the Role
AGM-Sales-North India
Job responsibilities · Developing and implementing new sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
· Identifying and exploring new market opportunities
· Maintain and develop relationship with all dealers and key direct customers
· Managing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
· Get a good understanding of competitors and their activities
· Lead and manage the sales team
· Ensure customer satisfaction
· Regular market visits
· Monitor execution of orders in line with commitments made to customers
· Monitor timely collection of receivables
· Coach, hand hold the team for achieving sales targets
Qualification
· Minimum of 7 years of managerial position’s experience in the entire area of North India with a proven track record of success in the agrochemical industry
· Strong understanding of the agrochemical market, including products, regulations, and competitive landscape
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team, and build customer relationships
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
