The Role

This is
not a typical marketing role .

You’ll work directly with the founders to
build and scale growth from scratch (0→1. .

Think of this as a
CEO’s Office role focused on growth
—where you will own problems, not just tasks.

What You’ll Own

• Build and run growth experiments across channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, outbound, partnerships)

• Identify ICP, map decision-makers, and create high-conviction outbound plays

• Drive

community-led growth
in DevOps / Kubernetes ecosystems

• Organize curated roundtables . closed-door discussions with engineering leaders

• Work on founder-led content, storytelling, and distribution

• Collaborate closely with sales to improve conversion and pipeline quality

• Test unconventional growth ideas → measure → double down

What We’re Looking For
* 1-4 years of experience in growth / founder’s office / early-stage startup

• Strong bias for action (you execute, not wait)

• Ability to understand or quickly learn

DevOps / cloud / Kubernetes

• Comfortable engaging with technical audiences

• High ownership mindset: you think like a builder, not an employee
