About the Role

As the Cluster Head - South & West at Greaves Electric Mobility, you play a pivotal role in spearheading the growth and scalability of the EV business in two critical markets. Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, from owning the P&L of the clusters to driving sales growth, dealer network strategy, customer experience, and team leadership. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: - Cluster P&L Ownership (South & West) - Own and deliver top-line and bottom-line performance - Build operating plans aligned with national targets - Ensure pricing discipline and incentive optimization

  • Sales Growth & Demand Generation - Drive growth across urban commuter, value, and performance EV segments

  • - Partner with marketing for localized campaigns and activations
    - Improve attachment rates and customer triggers understanding

  • Dealer Network Strategy & Channel Excellence - Design market clustering strategy for optimal coverage and ROI

  • - Lead complete dealer lifecycle from partner selection to performance stabilization
    - Optimize network density and potential vs competition intensity

  • Customer Experience & Quality Governance - Own the end-to-end customer journey and satisfaction metrics

  • - Collaborate with service and supply chain teams for continuous improvement
    - Ensure service readiness for scale and retention

  • Team Leadership & Capability Building - Lead a large organization with clear KPIs and accountability

  • - Drive capability building in EV knowledge, sales process, CRM, and negotiation
    - Develop second-line leadership and succession pipeline

    Ideal Candidate Profile: - 1218 years experience in Automotive/EV/Mobility/Consumer Durables

  • • Proven P&L ownership in large geographies

  • • Strong dealer-led distribution and network scaling experience

  • • Deep understanding of EV/2W category dynamics and consumer behavior

  • • Ability to drive execution through data and governance

  • • Exposure to South/West markets preferred
