Role Overview

We are looking for a senior engineering leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong ownership. This is a hands-on role requiring active involvement in architecture, development, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end engineering outcomes including design, development, and deployment

  • Contribute actively to coding, system architecture, and technical problem-solving

  • Build and scale reliable, high-performance systems

  • Collaborate closely with product and business teams

  • Drive engineering best practices, quality, and execution

    • Requirements

  • Extensive experience in software engineering

  • Strong hands-on coding and system design experience

  • Proven track record of building and scaling technology products

  • Experience with distributed systems and modern architectures

  • Familiarity with AI/ML or GenAI is a plus

    • Compensation
