About the Role

As a Vice President of Finance at Ginesys, headquartered in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in driving financial discipline and accountability at both the company and business unit levels. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, tax, and compliance.

• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Managing cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships.

You will also be responsible for analytics, including:

• Publishing monthly MIS for the CEO and the Board, providing financial KPIs.

• Designing and setting up business dashboards for profitability analysis.

• Assessing ROI of investments and providing inputs for future planning.

• Leading the annual budgeting process and producing financial forecasts.

In terms of risk management and compliance:

• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

• Handling statutory compliances and payments including TDS, GST, and Income tax.

• Managing audits and other secretarial processes.

Additionally, you will:

• Own and manage the full P&L with a focus on product-wise profitability.

• Drive budgeting, cost control, and margin improvement.

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in finance.

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in the finance function.

• Prior experience in an IPO process or a listed company as CFO/Finance Head.

• Expertise in commercial contracts, negotiations, agreements, and company-wise MIS.

• Strong control over billing and AR processes.

Previous experience in a software company and familiarity with implementation of ERP systems like sales force/Odoo ERP are preferred.
