VP FINANCE / CFO

• Role Overview:*
As the VP Finance / CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounts, finance, and compliance-related activities. You will play a key role in handling taxations, EXIM, budgeting & planning, costings, audit & taxation, banking, and formulating the divisions financial strategies. Your role will involve finalizing the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, and special analysis reports. Additionally, you will enhance financial procedures and internal controls to ensure smooth operations.
• Key Responsibilities:*

• Must be a qualified CA (ICWA / CS in addition will be an added advantage)

• Extensive work experience in apparel manufacturing industries

• Preferably with overseas work experience in countries like Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc

• Monitoring revenue, CAPEX budget for various functions & monitor monthly project and overhead costs

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills

• Strong people and work management skills

• Strong leader and a team player

• Qualifications Required:*

• Qualified CA with additional ICWA / CS certification preferred

• Extensive experience in apparel manufacturing industries

• Overseas work experience in countries like Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong people and work management skills
