VP Engineering/CTO

As a VP Engineering at Tripoto, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 40 engineers and work closely with leaders to shape and implement the platform and product vision for Tripoto. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers and product teams to create roadmaps, emphasize on execution, attract and mentor talent, and bring the end-to-end solution to life.

• Qualifications Required:*

• Minimum 8+ years of senior-level, cross-functional leadership roles in Product-based technology companies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; MS or MBA preferred

• Experience with high-performance websites handling millions of daily traffic is a plus

• Proficiency in web technologies, microservices architecture, Java/Python/PHP, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Redis, JavaScript, and AJAX

• Understanding of client-side technologies like JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS, etc.

• Strong business judgment, analytical acumen, communication, and presentation skills necessary for relationship building

• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate and lead through influence across a global organization

• Ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple manner for non-technical audience

• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Coaching skills to develop direct reports and recruit, motivate, and develop a superior team
