The Job:

- Lead the deal advisory & consulting business by bringing in new opportunities / mandates which drive the overall growth and success of company.

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams and maintain strong motivation levels to drive results and deliver high levels of performance.

- Strong attention to detail: review financial models, valuations & other marketing collaterals made by the team (ability to point out errors, miscalculations etc)

- Proven track record of closing end-to-end mandates/transactions.

- Exceptional networking capabilities, maintaining relationships within the banking, financial sector, VC's, UHNW's and private equity ecosystem.

- Travel domestically / internationally from time to time as per the mandate requirement to ensure successful monitoring and closure of on-going mandates / deals.

Key requirements:

- Relevant Experience: 10+ years

- Education: CA / MBA / CFA III

- Collateral Monitoring Expertise (financial models, valuation, DCF, comparables etc)

- Prior team management & leadership skills
