About the Role

As a Vice President within Travel and Expense Management at Morgan Stanley, you will be the strategic leader of Morgan Stanley's travel program in India, overseeing all aspects of travel and expense for the Corporate Services division. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic and visionary leadership for the India Travel & Expense program - Lead and inspire a team of FTEs and FTCs across India, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability - Champion value creation, operational efficiency, governance, and control

  • • Oversee vendor management, negotiations, contract administration, and performance analytics

  • • Build strong partnerships with business units, promoting cost-effective travel solutions and best practices

  • • Deliver actionable insights and robust management reporting to inform business decisions

  • • Benchmark and implement leading practices to maintain a world-class travel program

  • • Ensure exceptional support for VIP travelers and provide rapid, effective responses to operational challenges

  • • Lead performance reviews with preferred partners and contribute to global projects
  • Qualifications Required: - Over 10 years of experience in travel program management
