  • Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with marketing, visual merchandising, SCM, customer service, finance, and other departments for seamless operations.

  • Key Performance Indicators and Success Metrics include sales growth, store profitability, expansion targets, and franchise partner satisfaction.
