Qualifications Required:
• 8 to 10 years of experience in QA / Test Automation.
• 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain.
• Experience operating at VP / AVP / Lead level.
• Must have domain expertise in Fixed Income, Repo, Securities Lending, Derivatives, Front-to-Back Trading lifecycle, Corporate Actions, and Regulatory exposure.
• Technical depth in Automation frameworks (Selenium, Robot Framework, BDD frameworks), API testing, integration testing, SQL, Unix/Linux, CI/CD, and automation strategy.
• Strong leadership and governance skills in leading QA strategy, managing stakeholders, working in regulatory-driven environments, and exposure to global delivery models.
