About the Role

As the Vice President Projects and Transformation Office Lead in the Compliance Hub department of BNP Paribas, your role is crucial in overseeing the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and transformation initiatives for the India CoE Compliance Hub. You will be responsible for leading various project management activities and collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure successful project transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead the project management for Compliance process transitions from BNP Paribas entities globally to India CoE Compliance Hub.

  • • Manage internal business management projects such as employee development, financial planning, process improvements, and reporting.

  • • Govern the post-transition phase with onshore and internal stakeholders.

  • • Contribute to global compliance offshoring projects as part of the project transitions team.

  • • Engage with stakeholders to plan project scope, timelines, deliverables, and transition approach.

  • • Handle contractual agreements discussions with stakeholders.

  • • Plan and approve manpower and budgets for transitions.

  • • Coordinate the implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) with onshore beneficiaries and process managers.

  • • Monitor project progress, provide status updates to senior management, and address deviations, risks, and issues proactively.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 12+ years of project management experience in Compliance or Financial domains, leading successful projects.

  • • Experience in delivering large-scale offshoring transitions.

  • • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.

  • • Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
