About the Role

As a Transformation Project Manager at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives that drive business efficiency, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Leading end-to-end project delivery from ideation to post-production support

  • • Defining and managing scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams

  • • Driving process design and re-engineering to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal compliance requirements

  • • Overseeing UAT, SIT, and production readiness for quality and seamless rollout

  • • Managing stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, business teams, and technology partners

  • • Embedding sustainable processes for operational readiness and long-term adoption

  • • Leading vendor and partner management, including consulting firms and fintech collaborations

  • • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management

  • • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
