As a Product Manager in Consumer and Community Banking, you play a crucial role in innovating new product offerings and leading the end-to-end product life cycle. Your responsibilities include acting as the voice of the customer, developing profitable products, guiding successful product launches, gathering feedback, and ensuring top-tier client experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities: - Build the Conversational AI platform and collaborate with technology and analytics stakeholders. - Drive the execution of prioritized initiatives in the roadmap, focusing on Platform capabilities. - Partner with Product Delivery Managers to plan and prioritize the backlog of supporting scrum teams aligning with the roadmap and product vision.

• Own accountability for requirements delivery from start to finish, including in-production performance, and assist with issue triage and remediation for consistent production quality.

• Attend and contribute to scrum/agile ceremonies as necessary.

• Maintain strong control practices.

• Contribute to product strategy and vision.

• Manage discovery and research efforts for continuous product improvement.

• Track key success metrics such as cost, feature functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of product management experience, preferably with platform products.
• Experience with Machine Learning and AI products/platforms.

• Proficiency in agile product development and software delivery lifecycle.

• Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding analytical and research skills.
