As a Product Manager for JPMorgan Chases very first Employee Assistant, you will lead the development of an AI-powered tool designed to help employees access support and discover information with ease. Your work will define the product vision, guide execution, and deliver high-quality experiences that improve productivity, drive adoption, and increase satisfaction across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap, ensuring alignment with employee needs and business objectives.• Lead discovery, ideation, and prioritization efforts to translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and actionable user stories.• Manage the product backlog, maintaining alignment with strategic priorities and maximizing value delivery.• Collaborate with engineering, conversational designers, channel partners, and data teams to design and deliver AI-powered experiences.• Drive end-to-end execution, overseeing the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing iteration.• Establish and monitor success metrics, including adoption, engagement, productivity impact, and reliability.• Gather insights through user research, experimentation, and data analysis to inform product decisions.• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress effectively to teams and stakeholders.• Balance near-term delivery goals with the long-term product vision.Qualification Required:
• 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a related domain.• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional products or features within large or matrixed organizations.• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and modern software delivery practices.• Experience working on data-driven or AI-enabled products, with familiarity in LLM concepts and applications.• Excellent problem-solving abilities and structured thinking skills.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the creation of stakeholder-facing materials such as presentations.• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, UX, data, and business partners.• High degree of user empathy and a user-centric mindset.• Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at operating in a highly dynamic environment.*Note: The job description did not include additional details about the company.
