About the Role

As the VP of Product Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, architecture, and execution of the product engineering organization. Your role will involve driving innovation, scaling technology platforms, and integrating AI/ML capabilities to deliver intelligent, customer-centric products. You should be a seasoned leader with a strong technical foundation, product mindset, and proven experience in building high-performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Product Engineering Excellence organization ensuring alignment with overall business goals of accelerated and high-quality product feature development, maintenance. - Define and execute the long-term technology strategy aligned with business and product goals. - Own and evolve the product engineering roadmap in collaboration with Product and Design leadership.

  • • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms using modern cloud-native principles.

  • • Lead product design governance and ensure consistency, usability, and technical excellence.

  • • Champion the integration of AI/ML into product features to drive automation and personalization.

  • • Partner with Data Science teams to operationalize ML models and ensure responsible AI practices.

  • • Build and scale global engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

  • • Establish and monitor engineering KPIs for velocity, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

  • • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and infrastructure.

  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

  • • Represent engineering in executive forums, communicating strategy and progress to stakeholders.

  • Qualifications Required: - Product Engineering leader with 20+ years of experience in the software industry, preferably from the Healthcare Domain.

  • • Experience in product delivery management, preferably with large engagements.

  • • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), microservices architecture, and containerization.
