As a Vice President leading the Middle Office Automation and AI initiative at MSCI, your role is crucial in driving strategic vision and hands-on execution to automate Sales Operations processes. You will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic roadmap, eliminating manual processes, architecting scalable automation solutions, reducing tech debt, and implementing AI-powered solutions. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the strategic roadmap for Sales Operations automation, tech debt reduction, and AI integration. - Lead the identification, prioritization, and elimination of manual processes in deal booking, contract generation, financial close support, and client permissioning workflows. - Architect and develop scalable automation solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Own the technical vision for reducing tech debt across the Salesforce ecosystem, including legacy code refactoring and architecture modernization.
