About the Role

Role Overview:
As the Head of Growth Marketing (Digital) at the company, you will play a crucial leadership role in defining and executing a solid digital growth strategy to drive rapid and sustainable business growth. Your primary focus will be on customer growth through profitable new customer acquisition and recruitment for various business/product lines to achieve revenue outcomes. You will be responsible for understanding and optimizing the entire customer lifecycle, including Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue.

  • • Drive and deliver new customer acquisition on digital platforms by scaling digital acquisitions through organic and paid marketing, SEO, content marketing, and partnerships.

  • • Oversee multi-channel marketing strategies across digital advertising, email marketing, SEO, content, partnerships, and social media.

  • • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to provide actionable insights for improving conversion rates, retention, and overall return on investment.

  • • Manage a budget and allocate resources across channels to maximize growth and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.

  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Proven experience in growth marketing with a track record of building and scaling a sizeable business.

  • • Significant hands-on experience in user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

  • • Strong leadership experience with a focus on building and managing high-performing teams.

  • • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including paid ads, email, SEO, content, and social media.

  • • Ability to analyze and leverage user data to optimize marketing efforts and drive ROI.

  • • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

  • • Masters Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

  • • 12+ years of business experience, ideally in marketing, technology-related product management, or customer experience.

  • • Risk-taking, entrepreneurial management style with the ability to navigate uncertainty and adaptability.

  • • Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, and consulting skills.

  • • Excellent financial management skills, including P&L management.
