As a Vice President Fullstack Engineer at BNY, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining end-to-end full-stack applications using modern technologies. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the overall success of the Engineering team in Pune. Here is what you can expect in this role:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications using modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices.• Present technical designs at architecture meetings to meet BNY architecture standards.• Actively contribute as a POD team member, collaborating closely with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes using agile ways of working.• Apply an AI-first engineering mindset by leveraging automation and AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery speed.• Promote high standards of software quality, security, and maintainability through code reviews, test automation, proactive technical-debt management, and continuous improvement.• Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing platforms, participating in deployment and release activities in line with established change controls.• Mentor junior team members.Qualifications required for success in this role include:
