As the Vice President of Finance, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial leadership to the organization. Your responsibilities will involve leading the finance function and collaborating with the leadership team to drive financial planning, risk management, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the finance function, overseeing Financial Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Treasury, Budgeting, and Compliance.• Monitor and enhance the financial health of the organization through budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.• Prepare and present financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS to the Board, CMD, and senior leadership.• Drive short and long-term financial planning, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cost optimization aligned with strategic objectives.• Manage project finance activities, including financial evaluation, funding structures, ROI analysis, and risk assessment for projects.• Conduct external and internal audits, ensure statutory compliance, and address audit observations promptly.• Establish and enhance financial processes, controls, and governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.• Act as a strategic finance partner to business heads and functional leaders, assisting with business planning and financial modeling.• Evaluate business models, investments, and expansion plans for financial viability and risk assessment.• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth finance operations.• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.Qualifications Required:
