About the Role

As the Vice President - Treasury at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing a large team responsible for implementing and maintaining regulatory reporting solutions for asset/liability management, liquidity funding, capital management, ALM committee support, interest rate risk management, and measurement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing a team of professional staff to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and timely updates of the reg reporting solution.

• Developing team policies and procedures related to technical activities.

• Providing support to the Production team and senior management through briefings and risk identification.

• Building relationships with internal stakeholders in Treasury, Finance, and other departments.

• Recruiting, motivating, and developing staff to maximize their potential and effectiveness as a team.

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Preferred degrees in math, engineering, statistics, computational finance, or economics.

• FRM/PRM certifications would be advantageous.

• Preferred additional qualifications such as MBA, CFA, or CPA/CA.

• 10-16 years of total work experience with 1-3 years of management experience.

Experience with liquidity stress testing, liquidity risk management, interest rate risk management, and asset-liability management in large financial organizations is a plus.
