About the Role

As the Vice President - Treasury at our esteemed company, your role will involve managing a large team responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Reg reporting solutions for asset/liability management, liquidity funding, and capital management. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of professional staff to ensure regulatory compliance and keep the reg reporting solution up to date

• Establishing team policies and procedures related to technical activities

• Providing support to the Production team and senior management through briefings and risk identification

• Developing and motivating staff for individual growth and effective teamwork

• Ensuring achievement of team objectives in accordance with local regulations/requirements

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in math, engineering, statistics, computational finance, or economics (preferred)

• FRM/PRM certifications would be an added advantage

• 10-16 years of total work experience with 1-3 years of management experience preferred

• Experience in liquidity stress testing, liquidity risk management, interest rate risk management, and asset-liability management within large financial organizations
