About the Role

As a Senior Enterprise Revenue Leader for a digital healthcare platform, you will be responsible for driving revenue from large hospitals, healthcare enterprises, and public-sector stakeholders. Your focus will be purely on revenue ownership, not on operations, support, or transactional sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Own end-to-end enterprise sales process, including hunting, selling to CXOs, deal closure, and expansion.

  • • Manage high-value, long-cycle B2B / B2G healthcare deals.

  • • Engage directly with CEOs, COOs, CIOs, Medical Directors, and other stakeholders.

  • • Build and scale enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, including account planning, qualification, pricing, and forecasting.

  • • Represent the company as a credible external face in enterprise healthcare discussions.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Background in digital healthcare platforms, Health IT / Healthcare SaaS, healthcare consulting with revenue ownership, or hospital solutions / enterprise healthcare technology.

  • • Experience in personally closing enterprise deals with clear revenue numbers.

  • • Strong consultative and multi-stakeholder selling skills.

  • • Proven ability to build and enhance GTM systems.

  • • Established relationships with CXOs and hospital leadership.

  • • Executive presence, structured thinking, and Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate.

  • • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise healthcare revenue.

  • • Ability to shape GTM strategy, not just execute it.

  • • Thrive in a serious business culture with no hand-holding.
  • Please note that this role is not suitable for candidates with backgrounds in Pharma sales, B2C EdTech, consumer sales, or ops/delivery-heavy roles.
