About the Role

As a Vice President Client Change Project Management at BNY, you will play a crucial role in leading change and transformation projects within defined scope, timelines, and standardized processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Independently leading change and transformation projects, delivering moderately complex initiatives within defined scope, timelines, and standardized processes.

  • • Leading client-driven change projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, governance, and financial targets.

  • • Bringing change/business analysis expertise, with preferred experience in Asset Servicing or Capital Markets/Investment Banking.

  • • Analyzing business and client needs to develop recommendations, define requirements, and translate them into functional designs, testing plans, and supporting documentation.

  • • Maintaining strong project governance through management of risks, issues, resources, QA controls, and reporting for senior management, financial oversight, and board updates.

  • • Building and tracking project plans and financials, creating resource-leveled plans, monitoring budgets, capturing revenue and overhead data, and maintaining project records and audit trails.

  • • Facilitating stakeholder engagement and decision-making through client/internal workshops, project meetings, and production of reports and presentations for review and sign-off.

  • • Supporting continuous improvement and project oversight by monitoring progress, escalating issues, contributing analytical expertise, participating in system testing, and assisting with post-implementation reviews.
  • To excel in this role, you should have:

  • • Approximately 10 years of experience in Project Management or Business Analysis.

  • • Preferably experienced in Fund Administration operations/change management.

  • • PRINCE2/PMP certification is preferred for roles with Project/Change Management accountability.

  • • A Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
