About the Role

As a VP Digital Marketing & Brand Management at one of the Banks based out of Delhi, your role will involve overseeing Brand Strategy, Programs, and overall brand performance, as well as managing digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead the digital engagement strategy and initiatives using Digital platforms to engage clients across their lifecycle from acquisition, activation, deepening to retention

  • • Own the P&L for the campaign management unit

  • • Devise strategies to deliver target contribution to revenue

  • • Collaborate with various functions to create customer communication campaigns

  • • Work closely with the Analytics team to identify segments-microsegments using customer insights and propensity modelling

  • • Own and optimize the client contact policy to ensure the right balance between business/campaign objectives and client engagement. Ensure that all initiatives & communication are compliant with regulation
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Minimum 16+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, campaign management, brand marketing in the financial services sector only
