About the Role
As a Vice President / Assistant Vice President at a leading Indian mid-market investment bank in Mumbai, your role will involve driving end-to-end execution of M&A and fundraising transactions. This includes preparing investment materials such as information memorandums, financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch decks. You will support transaction execution by engaging with investors, managing due diligence, advising on term sheets and transaction agreements, and facilitating deal closure. Additionally, you will analyze financial statements and effectively present company performance to investors and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include conducting sector research, developing investment theses, identifying business development opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, investors, entrepreneurs, CXOs, PE/VC funds, family offices, and professional advisors, as well as assisting senior leadership in client engagement and business development initiatives.
