About the Role

As the Vice President - Asset Management at our company, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Head of Asset Management to enhance the strategic, financial, and operational performance of our diverse retail real estate portfolio, which includes operational shopping centers and development assets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving asset-level performance and portfolio strategy

• Monitoring financial metrics such as IRR, budgets, and forecasts

• Leading investor reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis

• Supporting valuation, refinancing, and transaction activities

• Collaborating effectively with leasing, operations, and development teams

• Conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis

• Mentoring and guiding junior team members

In order to excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

• A Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in real estate asset/investment management

• Strong exposure to retail real estate is preferred

• Excellent financial modeling, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
