Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead experience strategy (and partner with design) to develop customer and partner insights, heuristic and competitive experience analysis, and performance optimization strategies.

- Build relationships with leaders and partners to shape our overall strategy/plans.

- Build an inspired User Experience team. Set clear objectives while balancing short-term development with long- term career growth.

- Be an active member of our global creative leadership team, helping create the wider team's vision, culture and goals.

- Promote best practices to partners to support the strategic priorities of Search.

- Winning business, creating excellent digital experiences

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong UX Design Leadership Profile

- Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 10+ YOE in UX / Experience Design with significant exposure to leading large-scale design projects and teams (Can consider 8+ YOE for candidates from Top Products with fast career growth)

- Mandatory (Experience 2) : Must have hands-on experience across the end-to-end UX lifecycle (research , ideation , design , testing , delivery , optimization)

- Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong expertise in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions

- Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have strong understanding of UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile, Lean UX, Design Sprints)

- Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have experience in designing complex user journeys, interactions, and scalable digital experiences

- Mandatory (Leadership) : Must have experience leading and mentoring UX teams, building team capabilities, and driving design quality

- Mandatory (Current Designation) - Current designation must be Lead or above (For Top Product companies)

- Mandatory (Stakeholder Mgmt) : Must have strong experience in client/stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration (PMs, engineers, business teams), and leading design workshops

- Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have a strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, research-backed design, and complex problem-solving

- Mandatory (Education) : Design Graduate from Tier-1 colleges (IIT, NID, NIFT, BITS etc)

- Mandatory (Company) : Product based companies (B2C highly preferred)
