About the Role

Role Overview:
You will be a UX Design Lead at JP Morgan Chase, playing a crucial role in transforming product development by collaborating with Product Management and Engineering. Your focus will be on the fin-tech future of institutional banking, incorporating technologies like block chain, data science, machine learning, and cyber-security into the Payments products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage delivery across multiple concurrent projects efficiently, providing transparent status updates to leadership

  • • Contribute to design solutions within common technology platform and brand guidelines

  • • Conduct upfront user research and usability testing with the guidance of Experience Researchers

  • • Present your work to various stakeholders and the product and technology organization

  • • Design through wireframes, visuals, and prototypes, leading workshops and design sessions

  • • Measure work's value by identifying success criteria and performing user validation throughout the design process

  • • Plan and facilitate ideation and alignment workshops with project stakeholders

  • • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Sponsors, Strategists, Developers, and the design team to entrench a culture of design

  • • Contribute to the development and refinement of the Visual Design Language and Design System

  • • Apply expertise in Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Data Visualization to create compelling experiences for products
  • Qualification Required:

  • • Bachelors Degree in relevant design discipline or equivalent work experience

  • • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience

  • • Experience in leading design teams and collaborating cross-functionally

  • • Expertise in Interaction Design and proficiency in Visual/UI Design or Information Architecture

  • • Proficiency in skills like User Research, UX Writing, Prototyping, and Service Design

  • • Strong facilitation skills and experience in running design-led workshops
