About the Role
As a Technical Lead/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Instayards, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's technological strategies, building the architecture, and developing the technology platform. Your responsibilities will include:

In this role, you will work with a preferred tech stack including React, Node, and Postgres. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a basic understanding of real estate being preferred. You will be responsible for building the platform from scratch alongside one junior developer. This is a full-time role based in Gurgaon, with the possibility of starting part-time with a minimum of 20 hours per week. You should be open to being a Technical Co-founder as well, with hands-on experience being a must.

Ideal Candidate
Someone who has shipped production systems end-to-end (not just architected them) and has worn multiple hats in early-stage or scale-up environments—ideally with 1-2 prior founding experiences or deep IC-to-lead transitions.
