Role Overview :

As a Technical Director within consutling - SAP, the leader will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of delivery excellence, SAP PP/DS solution architecture, pre-sales, and practice growth.

The individual will act as a strategic advisor to clients, a trusted partner to CXOs, and a practice leader driving advanced planning and manufacturing transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and govern end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA PP/DS programs across greenfield, domestic and global rollout engagements.

- Ensure delivery excellence through strong governance, risk management, quality assurance, and adherence to SAP Activate methodology.

- Manage program financials, delivery timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure predictable and profitable outcomes.

- Own advanced planning and scheduling solution architecture across SAP PP/DS (Embedded), integration with PP, MM, SD, EWM, and IBP, and connectivity with MES and third-party planning systems.

- Translate complex production planning and capacity optimization requirements into scalable, robust, and future-ready SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices.

- Own revenue growth and profitability by driving pipeline creation, solutioning, deal closures, and practice P&L through strategic accounts and CXO relationships.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of relevant SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP PP/DS.

- Extensive experience in S/4HANA Embedded PP/DS configuration, design, and solution architecture.

- Expertise in capacity planning, heuristics, optimization, detailed scheduling, alerts, and production integration scenarios.

- Proven leadership in managing large, multi-country SAP programs.
