  • • Utilizing staffing-related technologies (ATS, CRM) and project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum) to track support workflows and streamline operations.

  • • Tracking KPIs related to service delivery, project health status, and support response times, reporting outcomes directly to executive leadership.
  • To excel in this role, you should have:

  • • 10+ years of experience in IT, preferably in the US, with a distinct focus on staffing, IT consulting, or technical project management office (PMO) environments.

  • • A proven track record of managing technical support teams, helpdesks, or specialized SME engineering groups.

  • • A strong understanding of complex IT environments, cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies (like AI) to effectively guide blocker resolution.
