About the Role" The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs to clients by managing teams, processes, timelines, and quality standards. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively, while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence. • Project Delivery & Execution
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects or programs, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Define and implement delivery strategies, methodologies, and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Ensure consistent application of delivery governance processes and standards across all projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project success.
• Stakeholder & Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Manage client escalations and proactively resolve conflicts to maintain trust and partnership.
• Team & Resource Management
• Manage delivery teams, including Project Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Analysts.
• Allocate and optimize resources across multiple projects to ensure efficient utilization.
• Foster a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Financial & Operational Oversight
• Own the delivery budget and ensure profitability of engagements.
• Track project financials including billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
• Continuous Improvement & Strategic Contribution
• Drive process improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness and predictability.
• Contribute to organizational strategy and roadmap development from a delivery standpoint.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on solutioning, scoping, and proposal creation. "Required Skills"
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-vendor, and multi-technology projects.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
• Financial and commercial acumen for managing budgets and profitability.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills in dynamic environments.
• Technical understanding of relevant platforms or domains (e.g., Cloud, Data, DevOps, Enterprise Systems) is a plus. "Desirable Skills"

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 3–5 years in a delivery or project management role.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.) preferred.
