About the Role
The Role We are looking for hands-on full-stack engineering team leads who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. The team lead plays a meaningful role in crafting and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery within the construct of an Agile team. The role is to own an Agile team’s efforts to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of our core organizational functions. In addition to managing members of an agile team, there is also an expectation to contribute to the codebase and deliver solutions against the sprint-level commitments.
