• Strategic Leadership & Growth: - Collaborate with senior leadership to expand SIMA's business units, specifically focusing on double-bottom-line impact funds. - Fund Structuring & Research: - Oversee primary and secondary market research to design and structure innovative funds in impact investing.• Deal Sourcing & Relationship Management: - Lead the team in identifying a high-quality pipeline and build strong relationships with borrowers and target companies.• Investment Lifecycle Management: - Take full responsibility for fund deployment, portfolio management, and on-site due diligence in emerging markets.• Equity Expansion: - Assist in creating and scaling SIMA's equity fund management business while excelling in financial analysis.• Capital Raising: - Support fundraising efforts by engaging with Development Finance Institutions, foundations, and institutional investors.• Collateral Development: - Co-create essential templates, pitch books, and marketing materials for fundraising and deployment phases.We are seeking a seasoned financial professional with the following qualifications:
