About the Role

Role Overview:
As a Senior Vice President Group Delivery Lead at BNY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring predictable execution, aligning demand to capacity, resolving dependencies and risks, and overseeing end-to-end testing accountability within the Group Delivery team based in Pune. Your contributions will directly impact the success of complex programs across business, technology, and operations, driving measurable commercial impact and ensuring program synchronization at the group level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Orchestrate PI readiness, PI Planning, group synchronization, dependency & risk management, and integrated release coordination within and across Groups to enable predictable execution.

  • • Align demand to capacity across Pods, collaborate with Product and Engineering to sequence work, manage scope, and maintain backlog readiness standards.

  • • Identify, escalate, and resolve cross-Pod and cross-Group dependencies, risks, and impediments to safeguard committed objectives.

  • • Provide Group-level oversight to ensure clear definition of end-to-end testing accountability across Product and Engineering, ensuring integrated validation and production readiness.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Minimum 12-15 years of experience delivering complex programs across business, technology, and operations, with a track record of leading in matrix environments at the Group level.

  • • Demonstrated success in managing group-level initiatives with measurable commercial impact, showcasing end-to-end program ownership and synchronization.

  • • Proficiency in Agile and enterprise delivery frameworks such as PI Planning, dependency management, and release orchestration, with a disciplined adherence to controls.

  • • Deep understanding of the intersection of technology, operations, and client experience, with the ability to translate strategy into executable delivery plans at the Group level.
