Role Overview:
ICG Risk Analysis (IRAUs) is an integral part of the Institutional Credit Management (ICM) organization. The IRAUs mandate is to deliver best-in-class credit risk analysis, monitoring, and credit administration as a partner to ICG Risk and Banking, Capital Markets and Advisorys (BCMA) shared commitment to ensuring the safety and soundness of wholesale lending across ICG. As an ICG Risk Analysis Credit Risk Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for setting the direction and leading the ICG Risk Analysis Teams, maintaining strong relationships with Risk and Banking partners, and ensuring consistent risk analysis practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure risk analysis of the applicable portfolio is consistent with industry-leading practices, internal credit procedures/policies, and regulatory expectations.• Engage with BCMA and Independent Risk senior stakeholders to address concerns and emerging risks.• Execute Region Head plans, strategy, and objectives for ICG Risk Analysis.• Coordinate with global and regional heads to address and escalate emerging risk concerns.• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to sustain a strong credit culture and commitment to excellence.• Collaborate with regional and industry stakeholders in designing credit assessment and monitoring standards.• Attract, develop, and retain top-quality staff through active engagement in recruiting efforts.• Participate in learning and development opportunities, internal projects, and initiatives.• Support ICG Risk Analysis Voice of the Employee (VOE) initiatives.• Travel may be required but less than 10%.Qualifications:
• Demonstrable financial services experience, including 7-10 years of credit experience in Banking, Credit Risk Management, or equivalent.• Deep knowledge of Wholesale Credit Processes and organizational awareness.• Proficient understanding of policies and procedures with the ability to drive change seamlessly.• Senior Credit Officer (SCO) designation or skills aligned with it.• Excellent knowledge of Citis systems.• Significant experience in preparing presentations for seniors.• Strong awareness and adherence to the control environment including Quality Assurance and Quality Control.Skills/Competencies:
